Living Journeys

Living Journeys is excited to announce the creation of our “Resource Support Network”.  We will always continue to provide financial assistance to individuals living with cancer; our Resource Support Network connects residents of Gunnison County that have cancer or have a loved one with cancer to a network of providers who are willing to offer discounts or pro-bono work.

The following services are offered through our network:

Body work:  acupuncturists, massage therapists, reiki practitioners and chiropractors to name a few.

Overall health providers: therapists, nutritionists, physical therapists and more.

Advocacy experts: lawyers and insurance advisors.

Household helpers: someone to cook meals, clean, shop, baby sit, and be a personal assistant for whatever else you need.

Transportation

The network also provides a list of survivors and caregivers so that if someone is going through treatment, or is a caregiver to a loved one, they have a list of people who have been through cancer and can share their experiences, perspective and perhaps referrals to resources they found helpful.
