Betty Sue Gurk is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in mental health treatment for adolescents, young adults, and parents of adolescents. She earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2015 and has held her License in Clinical Social Work and practiced therapy in the state of Colorado since 2019. She offers a customized approach with many different types of therapy including EMDR.

Being a teenager or young adult can feel really overwhelming sometimes — you’re figuring out who you are, making big decisions about school, work, or relationships, and trying to balance it all while taking care of your mental health. Betty Sue works with young people who are feeling stuck, anxious, down, unmotivated, or unsure of their next steps. Whether you’re struggling with stress, self-esteem, family dynamics, figuring out who you are, or just feeling like things aren’t working the way you hoped, therapy is a space to talk it through and start seeing real changes. Together, you’ll explore what’s been getting in the way and create a plan to help you feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful about where you’re headed.
