We want to help!  Addressing more than just medical problems can lead to a happier, healthier life. You shared with us that you have needs that are typically not addressed in the medical setting. Listed below are resources that may help you with those needs. Gunnison County Public Health

Description: Public health provides a broad range of services from immunizations to birth control. The costs range from low cost to free depending on the service. Contact Phone:970-641-0209

Lighthouse Pregnancy Center

Description: Free services for women who just found out they are pregnant and need help making their decisions and discussing their options. They also offer support throughout pregnancy, education, and maternity and infant supplies.

Postpartum Support International

Description: Free support services for women during the pregnancy and postpartum period experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, or any other mood disorders specific to pregnancy and postpartum

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)

Description: Twice a month gathering of Moms and moms to be to share hopes, fears, and insights in a safe and welcoming environment.

Women Infant Children Center (WIC)

Description: Free nutrition program providing education, nutritious food options, and breastfeeding support

Baby and Me Tabacco Free

Description: A program to help pregnant women stop smoking. If you remain tobacco-free (verified by blowing into a carbon monoxide detector) every month for up to one year, you will get a $25.00 coupon from Wal-Mart for diapers.
