My approach to therapy is holistic, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel accepted, understood, and supported. I believe that individuals possess the inner capacity for growth and healing, and that when people feel emotionally safe, they are better able to develop self-awareness, build resilience, and become the best version of themselves.

With younger children, I utilize a child-centered play therapy approach, allowing children to express themselves in developmentally appropriate ways and work through challenges naturally through play. With adolescents, my approach becomes more talk-based and individualized to each client’s unique needs. I may incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, somatic approaches, dialectical behavior therapy skills, solution-focused practices, and psychoeducation to support emotional growth and well-being.

I also believe parents are an essential part of the therapeutic process. I provide regular parent consultations to help caregivers better understand their child’s emotional needs, strengthen the parent-child relationship, and develop practical tools to parent with greater confidence, connection, and calm.

It is a privilege to walk alongside children and families as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and build healthier, more connected lives. I would be honored to be part of your child’s journey toward a thriving childhood and a more peaceful, resilient family.
